Dating from the Autumn of 1828, Schubert's 10th Symphony is arguably the composer's final creative endeavour. Using Schubert's extensive piano sketches - substantially complete for movements two and three, and containing the principle material for the movement - the renowned Schubert scholar, Brian Newbould, has realised the work as Schubert himself might have done.
