WorldCat estimates 1876 publication based on the series information? Also, like many of these, may have appeared concurrently as a supplement in a Novello series/journal music publication (a more general one, that is, not just church music scores) whose date would allow better estimation.

Published by March 1, 1882 (in which issue of The Musical Times, p.170, this anthem, same 3d. price, is listed in an ad for Novello Anthems for Easter. Also see May 1 1882, p.297.)

The 1879 volume of issues of the Musical Times (Google does not allow a view of this- obviously there's too much of a copyright issue with people active in 1879 and still parlaying their musical trade today, you see, so only a snippet view is allowed) - seems to show that the work existed then in their catalog too.

A 1874 May performance in a London church is mentioned The Choir: A Weekly Journal of Music, Literature and Art, Volumes 17-18- here. (He may have written two anthems to the same text, of course.)
