    2nd published: 1778 in The Singing Master's Assistant, no. 60
Description: Published first in The New-England Psalm-Singer, 1770, p. 69, without any indication of lyrics. Revised by Billings in 1778, with lyrics added by Nahum Tate and Nicholas Brady, New Version, 1698, paraphrase of Psalm 135. In a later manuscript, Billings took the simple tune of "New North" and expanded and improved it; he titled it Dartmouth.
