Bm F#m Em
You and me we used to be together

I may be missing something here but there seems to be some confusion about chords with and without capo. The song is in Cm so the verse chord progression is Cm Gm F#m Bb etc This is easier with a capo but the first two chords are still Cm and Gm played as bar chords on the third fret however the second two now become Em and A. This seems to work but the only issue is with the C# in the chorus as this doesn’t seem to sound right when played as an open chord against the capo and is best as a root 5 on 4th fret.

I would change the C to an Am. Sounds better in my opionion. Em Don't speak, C->am D I know just what you're saying ...
